Group Teraphy
Mi Centro is hosting a psychoeducational group program titled “Cerrando Ciclos” (Closing Cycles). This series is specially designed for parents looking to foster a positive environment for themselves, their families, and their local community.
Program Highlights
Free Child Care: On-site childcare is provided to support attending parents.
Food Included: Meals/refreshments will be served during the sessions.
Expert Led: The group is directed by Melissa Hernandez, LICSW, ASOTP, a bilingual therapist with a trauma-informed, culturally grounded approach and a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington.
