Who We Are

Meet the people who makes this all possible.

Our Purpose

When our communities are given the conditions to thrive, it benefits us all. Our work is not finished until every Latino and Indigenous individual in every part of Pierce County is safe, healthy, well-educated, and supported, regardless of immigration status, gender, religion, sexual orientation, language ability, or neighborhood of residence.

Our Impact

We provide the necessary skills for Latinos to become leaders in economic security, legal protection, health equity, housing equity, and education.

  • We act as a key and trusted liaison between stakeholders and the community within Pierce County.
  • We provide a range of services that brings holistic professional support on relevant issues that might place a burden on Latinos daily lives.
  • We act as an enabler by ensuring that the resources we provide allow Latinos to not only thrive but to achieve their own independence.

Our Partners

We strongly believe in the importance of collaboration and partnership, knowing that the ever-changing issues faced by our communities cannot be tackled in silos. However, we must also hold ourselves accountable by ensuring that all of our partnerships and collaboration align with our mission and values. We designed a screening that all of our partners must pass in order to develop a reciprocal relationship that will benefit our people.
